Our electric heat pump was converted to a gas furnace with new air conditioning. We are very happy with the install, the quality and brand of furnace and the price we agreed upon. The technicians worked under the house on a couple really cold days to get heat in our home and were very friendly. To top it all, we had our wood burning fireplace converted to gas and it is beautiful. I would recommend Affordability.

I've used Affordability at multiple properties over the last 3-4 years and have always been satisfied. Recently had 2 units die at the same time (late July in the upper 90s all week...) Great value on 2 different brand new York systems - 1) 3.5 Ton packaged unit serving downstairs and 1) modulating split-system serving the upstairs which has always been 10 degrees warmer. Really happy with the value - especially on the upstairs unit - really efficient system, very quiet and a lot cheaper than the competition!
